Services
TaggleFish Marketing provides campaign page design and development, dashboard setup and management, and ongoing monthly support for contractors. Our services are described in detail on our Services page.
Payment Terms
Campaign Page setup is $499 (one-time). Monthly support and dashboard access is $49/month. All third-party platform costs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, hosting, email, database) are billed directly to the client's own accounts. Payment is due upon invoice.
Account Ownership
All accounts created as part of the TaggleFish system (Vercel, Neon, Resend, Google, Facebook) are owned by the client. TaggleFish is granted admin access to manage these accounts. If the client cancels service, they retain full ownership and access to all accounts and data.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel the monthly support agreement with 30 days written notice. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Upon cancellation, TaggleFish will remove admin access from client accounts within 7 business days.
Limitation of Liability
TaggleFish Marketing is not liable for results from third-party advertising platforms, changes to search engine algorithms, or actions taken by the client on their own accounts. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States.
